Changed my modem today and for some reason after i changed it my PC won’t detect the ethernet cable. Tried everything and i’m hopeless right now. Already ran pretty much all CMD commands related to IP address, already did many different configs and settings on the control panel and view internet connections and nothing worked. The cable does work because i’ve tried connecting to a router here in my house and it works. I highly doubt my network card is malfunctioning as it’s a relatively new pc and could be considered high end (for reference I have a asus rog strix b550-a gaming) I’m desperate
