1 hour ago, my computer (Dell Latitude E6520) was working fine. And all of the sudden, when I turned off and back on the computer, it showed a black screen with a cursor BEFORE LOGIN. Every 1-3 seconds, my cursor disappears and comes back with a blue circle. I tried performing a low resolution, and even did a Safe Mode with networking and command prompt and it stills shows the same issue. I checked the "BIOS Events" and "Thermal Events" and they show multiple problems like "Fan Malfunction" or "AC Power Adapter wattage and type cannot be determined" or "The amount of system memory has changed"
