There's no one on my family group, so I can't ask for permission on anything

I got my computer for Christmas in 2022, when I was 12, so it (I assume) automatically gave me parental controls. I'm now 14 and find the controls very limiting, I can't do anything. There is no one on the family group to approve of anything and I can't even buy minecraft because of it. It says anyone over the age of 13 can leave the group on their own but it says I have to get permission, and I can't because there's no one to ask. I don't know what to do, it really sucks
