Blue Screen of Death

We have over 20 laptops giving various blue screen errors and the number is growing every day. I tried calling and 0 support. I tried making a ticket and 0 support. Why buy a product and then leave everyone hanging!? Our company is having a really hard time and Microsoft is doing nothing but taking our money and letting us drown.
