A neighbor gifted me her sister's old monitor and tower. However, it was not reset and I do not have the password. I have been trying to reset it by pressing Shift while issuing a Reset with the mouse and then selecting Troubleshoot and Reset this computer. I select to delete files and then the screen reloads to a screen titled "Reset this PC" with the options to Just Remove my Files or Fully Clean the Drive. However, when this screen pops up the quality looks more pixelated than in the previous screens and both my keyboard and mouse stop working so I am unable yo select an option and continue
