This has been going on for 2-3 days now, and more or less started when my computer suddenly froze up. After I restarted it, all of my files (including my desktop wallpaper) had been deleted (almost as if it had been through a factory reset), after I restarted my pc, all my files went back to normal, though it has been unfathomably slow ever since (With my RAM clocking in up 65-75 even with no applications open). Other issues such as my laptop refusing to charge and even refusing to function without it and a black screen with a separate windows loading screen appearing when I load onto my deskt
