Can’t exit “Choose an operating system” after resetting computer

So I wanted to fully reset my computer so that I could get rid of all the unneeded junk on it, but now i’m stuck in a loop of dell logo, windows logo, choose an operating system, and back at the start again.What I tried:Entering safe mode (doesn’t change anything)Rebooting the computer (doesn’t change anything)Ctrl + Alt + Del (doesn’t do anything)Command prompt (Doesn’t work, no admin)System restore (doesn’t work, no admin)What do I do?
