Why do I have internet using WiFi but none if connected via Ethernet?

Hi everyone,I'm hoping to get some help with a strange internet issue I'm experiencing after having my ISP repair a connection problem yesterday.Current Setup:ISP Router (Bridge Mode)Wireless Router (PPPoE) - PPPoE login handled by this router16-port Switch4 PCs (all experiencing the same issue)The Problem:I can connect to the internet using WiFi on all devices.When I try a wired connection, my computer settings show "Internet Access" under IPv4 properties, but browsing results in "ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED" errors.Interestingly, I can successfully ping websites through the command prompt.Troubles
