User roaming profiles migration

I migrate windows server domain controllers to new windows server domain controllers but profile patch for users still point to old server. How to migrate user roaming profiles at one time for all users from old windows server domain controllers to new windows server domain controllers without any losing data and setting for all users profiles also update profiles path to point new windows server controllers there is any solution for the?
