My computer is asking me for a bit locker, but all the accounts that I use in the pass are not connected to the computer. Help me to solve this I got

I been experiencing trouble for entering my computer. Is requested that I input the BitLocker key number. I try with several email account that I have use and currently use an nothing. Let me know what I can do. If you want you can contact me at 939-217-8628
