No longer able to access learn.microsoft.com; it keeps prompting me to re-register my Microsoft Account in a loop

I successfully logged on today, June 28, 2024, from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. EST. I completed one module and started a new one, but encountered issues with re-registering my Microsoft Account. I need assistance to investigate the cause and find next steps to restore access. Please refer to the attachment for details.
