GroupMe does not send me the reset for my password.

I have been in a never ending loop. How can I get the app to actually send me the reset email? Yes, I checked my spam folder. I even tried to create a new account (so I could make sure I am using the correct email address). Sure enough the email is correct, but I never receive the reset email.Why doesn't GroupMe show up in the menus at the bottom of this post. I just chose Windows/Apps/Outlook Mail
