I have an HP Pavilion Gaming PC and for about a year I have been having a debilitating issue with the internet that prevents me from playing online games. Every 30 Seconds- 1 Minute the Ping spikes astronomically and the internet appears to stop working suddenly making games unplayable. I have tried uninstalling the adapter, flushing the DNS, and resetting the network to no avail. Using ethernet is not an option. All my drivers are updated per Intel's driver support assistant. Should I assume this is a hardware issue? 4
