After Un-installing Avast Antivirus, Threat Service has stopped and can't be restarted (Win11)

Dear community,I know this issue already discussed on some other threads. But somehow none of the solutions work on my computer.I'm experiencing this: Operating System: Windows 11 Home Single LanguageVersion 23H2OS Build: 22631.3737I tried the solutions from this thread. But can't work.on this step: Enable Windows Defender:Open Start > type: regedit > Click 'Run as administrator'Navigate to the following registry key:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\SecurityHealthServiceModify the Start value from 4 to 2.By the way, the original value is 3, instead of 4.
