Since this morning my PC has become practically unusable. Once I sign in, the homescreen and taskbar repeatedly refresh every few seconds preventing me from doing anything except turn it off. I can successfully sign in using Safe Mode, but that's about it. In an attempt to fix the issue, I have tried the following:Uninstalled graphics driver and deleted software.Swapping out current GPU for a different, working one.Run the following commands (I'm afraid I have no means of sending the logs files created from my computer):> dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth> sfc /scannow> chkds
