How to run windows R command on startup?

I have an issue on my computer where for some reason my ctfmon.exe isn't done on startup. In order to manually fix this, I have to windows + R, then in the box provided type C:\Windows\system32\ctfmon.exe . After that my problem fixes. Any way to automate this on startup?
