a app says i cant run it o my pc when i did before???

i tried upgrading to windows 10 by using the app u can get from google but i stopped mid way through downloading it and deleted the app u upgrade with i downloaded it a few weeks later and tried upgrading but now it says "this app cannot run on your pc" can someone help?
