Laptop screen goes on and off when I move the lid

On my Lenovo Yoga 7i (16 inch laptop) when I move the screen back and forth after opening the laptop my screen goes on and off. It feels as if I am "pinching" the internal cable that connects the screen in the lid to the motherboard, but I really don't know. Can anyone tell me if they have encountered this problem and, if so, how to fix it? Thank you very much.
