backlit keyboard issue

my problem is that i have a laptop which is the msi bravo 15 with a ryzen 5 5000 series and when i press the backlit option there are 3 phases the most bright, the normal one and the least bright one and today when i tried changing it i clicked on it and it off'ed and then when i press the button again it turns on for 1 millisecond and it offs immediately
