hp truevision fhd rgb-ir is not working after installed KB5039299

The Cam is working with non microsoft aps but not with microsoft cam app and hello.Driver itself show no error. HP Diagnostics also show no error,Since 2 day ago Hello still worked.After uninstall the driver for the cam and reinstall the cam app works till to the next restart. Hello dont work at all.
