Unable to run mbr2gpt due to 'Cannot find OS partion on disk 0'

Trying to validate my drive in order to upgrade to Windows 11 and i get the error message below. Advice ive found searching around seems to be for when either the 'system reserved' or 'recovery partition' is on another drive entirely. I cant figure out what is wrong with mine.This OS is cloned from a 500GB SSD, which may be what is causing the issue. But i cant find any previous questions that seem to apply. As far as i can see this should be working.I've already successfully done this on the original drive and upgraded to Windows 11 (with a clean install) so i thought this would be the exact
