I am almost 76 years of age and have been drawn into this IT age against my will. I'm old school, but that doesn't really exist anymore.So my question is: "how do I get direct human help navigating within Microsaoft web pages? It tried to force me to sign up for 365 which at my age and being retired, I don't need it.And also I have been trying to update my payment method and I couldn't get that done either.
