Help with Kernel Error 41(63)

Good night, have been facing for some months now at least once a week the Kernel Error 41 (63). Since last 2 weeks, it have been everyday, and now on a basis of 20 per day. Sometimes the system just boots on Windows and the system reboots. Did a full cleanup on the Motherboard and changed thermal paste. My system is as follows: Ryzen 5 3600x 32GB of RAM being on 4 Modules (2 XPG and 2 GSkill), 3200(3600)MHz Gigabyte AB350m-dsh2 1 NVME on the board slot, Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 1 NVME on a PCI expansion board, Corsair P3 2TB RTX 4070 12GB Power Supply is a XPG Kyber 850W.
