How to forcefully change "Active Signal Mode"?

I have two of the exact same monitors. These monitors are both capable of running 2560 x 1440, 180 Hz. My main display has no issue with running this. My second monitor will only operate at 2560 x 1440, 60 Hz. I have went into the NVIDIA Control Panel to look at the properties and the 180 Hz option is not there on my second display.
