Save As Dialog Box

From time to time I'll print a web page and select pdf as output. Once Save is pressed, Windows brings up a "Save As" dialog box with a default and apparently unchangeable order by "Today", "Last week", "Earlier this month", "Earler this year" and "A long time ago". I don't recall this always being how Save As was presented. How do I get rid of this view which seems irrelevent to the task of just saving a file to the suggested folder/directory.By the way, when I view my Downloads folder using Explorer, it is presented without this grouping.Please do not suggest downloading a hack application.
