I shutted down my laptop and turned it on after a few hours and it began to show the blue screen which displays " Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart and we will restart for you ". And it has begun to start the device and goes to same blue page and keeps repeating the same message again and again. And I inserted an bootable pen drive which has windows 10 file and reset the C drive so that i can do a clean installation of new windows but even after resetting the C drive the same blue screen appears and displays the same message And I also deleted the recovery files which holded
