I built a gaming pc back in December and at that time I bought a windows 11 key from best buy. I have had issues with windows 11 so I wanted to go to windows 10 and see if that was more stable and helped with the issues I have been having. When going through the starting steps of windows install it asked for a product key but since I no longer had the box with the product code, I did the option of adding the product code later.
