I have a lot of events in "Event Viewer -> Windows Logs -> Security", thousands per minute. Should I do something about them?

As the titles states I have a lot of Events in Event Viewer, specifically in Windows Logs -> Security. Most of them have the codes 5156 or 5158 and are done by svchost.exe, searchapp.exe, msedge.exe and avp.exe. Should I do something about them or how can I decrease them? It worries me considering that from what I saw online most users have way fewer."
