I've fallen on a tech support rabbit hole a few months back. I tried to fix one problem with a game, which lead me to find out and troubleshoot an issue with its anticheat, then with my antivirus (Bitdefender), then with the installers of said antivirus.The last thing I was due to do was upload a memory dump to Bitdefender. And creating the memory dump was no problem, but attaching the dump the supplied website to upload files to the support center has proven impossible.
