CPU usage seems really high - avg 49% usage

Specifically, Task Manager is showing Very high usage (48%) for task named "Mouse Without Borders Helper"I stopped the task and MWB still seems to function fine. I couldn't find anything related to this helper task in notes. Does anyone here know what it does and why it is claiming CPU time.
