Do I trust a message from Microsoft warning me someone is trying to access my account from another country

Do I trust a Microsoft warning on my email and sms warning me someone is trying to access my account. There were 3 seperate ones from USA, Brazil and Argentina I think. It asked me to go on a link to reset my password Is this a scam? It had your logo on the msg.
