I have an app that I transfered over to my Windows 11 computer that will not launch because it says that 'ToolkitPro1730vc80.dll' is missing. I have reinstalled the app and it makes no difference. I have no idea how to aquire the missing 'dll'. The app worked fine on my Windows 10 computer. I have reached an impasse and am stumped on what to do next. Any suggestions?
