Hi Microsoft, i am currently having an issue with opening certain apps such as Google Chrome and Settings. On my taskbar it seems to open up the application, but it doesn't appear on my screen. By hovering my mouse pointer on it i could clearly see it. But even when i run it as administrator it still doesn't work. I also had an error with task manager where Task Manager Has Been Disabled By Your Administrator (fixed). I am just wondering if maybe it could be a virus or system malfunction. Anyways just let me know if you got the solution to my problem.Thanks!
