why are there currently no power options available?

when I tap on the windows icon, there is a power options on the right-hand side which usually gives the options of sleep, restart, and shut down. For some reason, I don't know why but it doesn't give those options anymore, it says "there are currently no power options available". The last time it worked was at the beginning of May. i didn't do any updates or anything. It's a Huawei Pc with windows 11.
