Task Manager, Control Panel not opening. Mouse right click not working on desktop only

Hello, I recently bought a new PC with ryzen 5 7600x and RX 7900 GRE. The right click doesn't work on the desktop but it works everywhere else (such as browser or task bar). Also the task manager as well as the control panel don't open. Is there something that I can do to solve it before I take it back to the store? Thanks
