Cant Install anything on Microsoft store nor the Xbox app

Whenever I try to install something on the Microsoft store (Xbox gaming services) it shows "install" but then when I click it nothing happens. I've tried many solutions yet I cant fix it I repaired it and reset it and did almost everything but it still wont work
