Issues with "F2," "F3," "3," and "E" keys: keypresses are inconsistently or never registered. Is this an issue with the hardware?

My computer is a Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 5 14ARE05. I am running on Windows 10.Recently, I have noticed that my "F2," "F3," "3," and "E" buttons do not function correctly during or following running a high memory/CPU program. This problem has escalated to having these buttons nearly unusable even when there are no programs running.Oddly enough, if I hold down the "D" key and press one of the nonfunctional buttons (for example "D + E"), it will detect both as keypresses (will input as: "de"), yet the nonfunctional keys still don't respond on their own.The "D" key is the only key that can allow me t
