I had windows 11 up and running. one day, after an update, I checked the update and shutdown option and went sleep. on the other day, the boot process resulted in blue screen (critical process died). Tried to boot several times, always the same result. decide to install windows again. created a USB bootable device with windows 11 download page. booted from USB: same result. tried different USB devices, same result. tried to use windows defender offline: fatal error c000021a. tried to install windows 10. same result. updated the bios and tried both windows 11 and 10 installation: same result. t
