Broken verification code email

How do we get someone to fix this system? When I request a code from any site other than microsoft I get it within minutes and not hours!! I verified my email using the backup email. I checked my account on microsoft tooks that my email was good. Its now 3 days without getting into my computer and I have work to do.Please fix this system!!
