I think one of the other Miscrosoft accounts of mine was hacked and It's been too long that I can not recovery it by myself. What should I do now??

I have just discovered that my security information has been altered by someone else, and even worse, more than thirty days have passed, causing that my current security to be changed to someone else's email. What should I do now? Could you help me temporarily freeze my account?
