Can I Boot My Pc When Boot section is not opening???

When I Unlock My Pc Blue screen error shows that Recovering and at last It Says Enter Admin Password I Have not admin password and when I try to Boot my pc the boot Section Is Not Working ,I Tried every shortcut key for opening boot Menu What I Can Do ???
