2 Finger Scroll With Touchpad Not Working On Windows 10.

When I try enable 2 finger scroll through settings, all I get is this simplistic window, that just allows me to change my touchpad sensitivity. In device manager, under the mouse and other pointers category, it only says HID-compliant mouse. This has been happening ever since I got my laptop. I have a Dell Latitude 7480.Any help will be greatly appreciated.
