WPA2 Enterprise authentication is not working with Public CA in Windows 10

We have faced many issues with our Android users regarding WPA2 enterprise authentication, so we have opted to use a public CA certificate. After implementing the public certificate, the authentication issues for Android users have been resolved. However, Windows 10 22H2 is still not connecting with the public CA, even though it works fine with the local CA. Is there a solution for this compatibility issue?
