Memory management BSOD

So i just bought a laptop today Acer Nitro V 1524Gb ram 16gb and 8gbAfter i start update this window update i got memory management bsod the update didnt even finish i realise that after it reach 25% installing my laptop will get this blue screen i already check using window memory diagnosis tools but it says no problem found can you help me? And FYI i didnt even got antivirus install yet
