Hi!Lately I found out that my i7-13700k runs at 100% (with all its temps and power draws relatives) where it wasn't before (surely at least a month ago)I noticed that it runs at 100% for some minutes after I turn on the PC, while I use some more demanding software (such as actively scanning for viruses) and mainly when I'm gaming.I found out so far these games and apps where this issue happens: Cyberpunk, TheFinals, The First Descendant, scanning with Bitdefender, Halo Infinite, Scorn, Hellblade 1, Halo: The Master Chief Collection and Ghost Recon Wildlands.The CPU usage isn't 100% all the tim
