MBR2GPT cannot find os partition

Trying to use the mbr2gpt tool to convert to gpt to upgrade from w10 to w11 getting the following error.https://imgur.com/a/C68UaYU(won't let me upload pictures here directly)Already tried solution from following and it did not work (Redirecting the following command as an administrator:bcdboot C:\Windows /s C:and reboot. Post another image of disk management.)Any suggestions?
