Can’t sign into my microsoft account for Minecraft, why isn't the website loading?

Im trying to sign into my microsoft account on Minecraft but the microsoft website itself isn’t logging me in after putting the verification code. I suddenly get a request to download “oauth” but nothing happens even after i do.
