Laptop not booting into OS windows 10

I have windows 10 on my Dell inspiring 3000 series. It was working fine until June 30. Suddenly it hung and after restart it is not booting. Every time I start it goes into repair mode, diagnose and stops in automatic repair screen. I tried reinstall and it failed. Run chkdsk /r even after not booting. I have data in my non OS partitions. I'm stuck now for last 3 days unable to login. Appreciate if someone can help me here
