HDD LED turns off, and PC completely freezes

The HDD LED on my PC will randomly turn off, my monitor will instantly turn off as well, and my mouse and keyboard LED's turn off. PC has power as if it's still on though. The only way to turn it back on is to hard reboot it. This happens completely randomly, from crashing on start-up to crashing 15 minutes after.What's causing this and how can I fix it?Thank you to anyone who can help.EDIT: I booted it in Safe Mode, and I don't seem to have any issues on it until I restart it.
