I've been dealing with this situation for at least two days now to no end and have tried multiple fixes, but none of them have worked to get my action center back up. Before this, it was both my Start Menu, Search Bar as well as my action center not working as they should, but thankfully I've been able to get the Start Menu and Search Bar to work again. I'm rather dependent on my notifications for emails and reminders, so I'd like to get this fixed sooner rather than later.
